I had an emergency today. I lost my car keys. My phone was in the car. I went into Subway and asked the girl to call me a taxi. She said they didn’t have a phone. I said what? Subway doesn’t have a phone? Well we do, she said, but I’m not allowed to use it. Pathetic. Thanks for nothing.

I decided to give this place another chance, but it was one of the worst experiences yet. I ordered a steak and cheese sub, which is something I enjoy once a week from various places, but this location always serves half the amount compared to others. The staff seems indifferent and unfriendly, so I don't see any reason to return. I've also brought up my concerns over the phone, but nothing has changed. If consistency is a problem, maybe it would be better to go back to pre-portioned meat. I can't help but wonder if the owner is instructing the staff to skimp on portions to encourage customers to order double meat. I’m giving it 2 stars solely for the fresh vegetables, which you can add as much as you like.
I have a good rapport with an employee named Liam. He knows my order inside and out: a cheesy Tex-Mex 6-inch sub with shredded chicken, rice, shredded cheese, lettuce, crispy onions, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. I'm also on friendly terms with the other staff members.
