OMGZZZZ. Best burger we’ve had in 4 months in Thailand. Finally…someone understands that bleu cheese and bacon should always live on a burger together. BLUE MOON baby….it was the special but hopefully it will stick around. I read some old reviews and I like that the only menu we saw was just BURGERS. I prefer places that keep it simple, and do a few things really well. Tired of these 25 page menus in Thailand. We will be back for breakfast tomorrow for sure! Nicest veggie burger I 've ever had. I recently spent a couple of weeks in Koh Tao and was glad to try the Tattoo Bar. Great company for a few drinks. Fantastic view onto the beach and sea. But best of all was the 'tree hugger ' veggie burger, loaded with cheddar cheese, avocado, and a fried egg on top! Can also be made vegan easily enough. Couldn 't recommend this place highly enough. I 've heard the beef burgers are great too.

Tattoo Burger Bar has earned its reputation for serving the best burgers on Koh Tao! The brioche buns and burger patties were fresh and delicious. We ordered the Sloth Burger and were completely impressed! The friendly Australian owner was attentive and quick to share a joke and a tale. A must-visit for anyone on the island.
