Had a steak that was very fatty. When told the waiter he said We should not have it rare and that he would never recommend that type of steak rare. Which by the way no one recommended which way it should be cooked when ordered. He said he could get another one but it would be the same. He was very matter of fact and not polite. Everyone had finished by the time it came out and he then proceeded to take everyone's plate away making my daughter feel uncomfortable and as though she was eating alone. When I complained he argued with me. He then got the manager who blamed the waiter's manner on where he came from. Did take the steak off the bill. But now we don't want to go back. It was not a enjoyable experience. We have been there many times and now that has spoilt it for us.

Ordered 2x Beef Duo. Menus don't make it clear that this option is for those on a diet as you will only receive one slice of meat unless you ask for more. This is not a one-off as the same thing happened on our previous visit! Meat was also very chewy and our second round of drinks never arrived. Overall Very Dissapointed with the experience and it is highly unlikely we will return.

Lovely food, excellent setting will be returning asap!
