The lobby is never open, despite having employees, forcing you to use drive-thru, where they make you wait at the speaker with cars around the building while they make one car's order at a time, so they can cheat low drive-thru times for corporate: take order. make order. next. Instead of saying please wait they should say please wait to order while we make and cash out the order in front of you.
Went by at 2:15 am and they had their menu turned off, one worker cleaning and another smoking in the parking lot. Don’t post hours if you’re not going to follow them.
Multiple trips to this Taco Bell, extremely inefficient ran business location. They have canceled most of my mobile orders, they’ve shut down whenever they feel like it even though hours online say they are open (with no good reason), and they have some terribly rude customer service (not all members but some) when you’re trying to get your canceled mobile order made. Corporate really needs to come help this location learn some professionalism and help update their software to actually work since nationally they are pushing to order all through the app. When you do get the food, it’s solid. Only complaint I’ll give, but I’m probably done trying to order food there.
They canceled my online order twice. Once while I was inside waiting. Then ordered in store and got it. The employees were playing food took to long and no reason to cancel my online order. Did it so it would be ready. I only get 30 min lunch I was late! Get new employees!Food: 2/5
