Subway - Knoxville

Manager here is great. He is a very nice and attentive employee. However, I did a mobile order around 8pm on a Sunday evening. I made sure they didn?t close before then. When I arrived, my order was hanging on the door with the store closed. I appreciate the effort, but I would have liked a call from the store informing me the store is closing instead of having my food on the door. Also, why is this store closing 2 hours early than posted on the store front and website?

I bought a steak sandwich there the other day and was really disappointed how much the quality of meat had gone down. I wouldn't eat there again.

That was a great experience. I thought it was a normal underground experience, but I was surprised. sandwich was good and well done. the personal was not great, but an acceptable work. I was surprised!

Waited 30+ minutes to order 3 sandwiches. on top of that, the 2 girls working were extremely rude and unprofessional. the bread was stale, prep area looked like a it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and my “heated” sandwich was cold after being left to sit for 10 minutes while the helped other guests. i have tried to call corporate and the store itself with no reply. icing on the cake was the couching all over the food. Horrible store, will never patron them again.

The place was filthy. The drink station was a sticky mess, there were no straws, the bathroom trash was overflowing there was trash all over the bathroom floor. To top it off, I found a hair in my sandwich after we left.
