This location is notorious for taking incredibly long time to fill orders. The orders are correct, just dont recommend if you need to be out quick. Additionally, the parking lot is horrendous. But it is also right there with campus, so I am sure they have most foot traffic and quite a high volume store.Service: 3/5
One of the worst locations as of late. I placed a mobile order Friday. Was quoted 6-9 minutes, waited over 20. Staff was rude and unprofessional. The girl with the red apron and long brown hair has no business being in customer service. She kept touching her face and nose then making drinks without washing her hands. She was also complaining loudly the entire time about how much she hates people. There clearly seems to be zero management on site. This was one of my worst Starbucks experiences. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Will not return. And maybe they need a surprise health inspection…
I went in at 6 and ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I laid my head on my arm whilst waiting on me coffee to cool down. The manager lady in her covid mask comes out and tells me I can’t sleep. I just had my head laid down on my arm waiting for the coffee to chill down. I’m homeless and this angry human lady came at me twice with her Uber hipster hyper consumerist corporate camera nonsense. I know Starbucks has a history of racism but I’m pretty sure this location uses satan to govern the lower management that are sitting in their satanic offices watching cameras so they can check to see if a paying customer is laying their head down waiting on their coffee to cool.
