Smoothie King - Knoxville

I gave the cashier my phone to only scan for the points and another card to purchase my smoothies on. She ended up charging the wrong card and said that she could not do anything about it. The manager on duty at the time said that would make sure that I got a refund, but she was not authorized to do and the store manager would have to fix it. I have called multiple times asking for the store manager and she is never in. I left my number for her to call and almost two months later, still no call. I love Smoothie King, bit I will have to drive further for better service. I never had an issue at this location until now.

We love Smoothie King! Have been going there for ok very 20 years now. I've spoken with owner of the Bearden location and he is a good business owner who cares about his customers and the quality of service they receive. You should support this business..besides it's good for YOU, as well!
