Just called Riversedge about my redemption AGAIN. I called at 2:05 pm and was put on hold for 10 minutes. They picked the phone up and hung it up. I called back and was put on hold for another 15 minutes and they never came back. I found a different number and finally I was able to ask when will I be receiving my money? I've spent A lot of money with this place. And for them to speak to me the way the girl did was Very uncalled for. I asked for a supervisor and she told me that SHE wasn't there. Then she turned around and said that HE would give me a call. This place owes me $1100. I WILL NOT spend another dime there and neither will my friends and family that I told about them. I'm calling the news channel and the Mayor of Green County today!
