Panera Bread - Knoxville

They can't seem to get an order correct. If I order a turkey bacon sandwich, it should have some turkey on it don't you think? Not sure how they can fail this bad. Hey, at least the service was ok. It was a simple take out order though. So...Food: 2/5

It's been a very long time since I've been to Panera. Used to get the chicken salad sandwich, which I remember always being pretty good. Not so today... for $9.69 plus tax I got a sandwich, although large, was mostly bread. There was hardly any chicken salad on it definitely not enough to actually taste it in a bite. So, I basically spent $10.00 to eat what taste like nothing more than two pieces of sourdough bread. ?My mother had French onion soup and enjoyed it.I doubt I'll be back. If I ever do go back, I'll definitely be ordering something different.

This is the literal rotting apple they gave me in addition to forgetting my sandwich initially. Rarely go to Panera, but this seals me probably never going back.

Very quick service. Nice staff and good food. Compared to other Panera Breads, their vibe was a little more restaurant-like.

I only had one cup of ice coffee that I ordered online and cashier was throwing 20 bagels in a bag for another customer instead of handing me one large cup.Just leave your cups out to make it convenient for the customers to take and leave. Don't be cheap... I do not want to wait in line for one large cup...
