Moe's Southwest Grill - Knoxville

I'm pretty sure my boyfriend and I got minor food poisoning tonight from our dinner... The food looked like it might have been spoiling (lettuce, cucumber, pico, etc) also.Food: 1/5

The employees on the line were great helpful, even the guy who checked me out was nice.Got home and they forgot tortilla chips! I have 7 ramikens or salsa, but no chips.Call the store and talked to “Jen” the manager. She said “Oh Well! chips are complimentary and they’re free, so there is nothing she can do about it. She will have a talk with her new trainees about it....”That’s not how you handle this kind of situation. First, she should’ve apologized. Second, she should’ve asked what could she do to make this right. I’ve been working with the public for 20 years these kind of employees can break a business.I live 2 miles west of this location highly doubtful my family and I will return.

Quick service. Good food. But got 2 quesadillas in place of 2 burritos.Food: 5/5

Food is excellent when they are actually open. This store has very fickle hours. They will appear to be open, but, when you want to order delivery, you can forget about it. Twice within the last two weeks I have tried to order delivery during the store’s posted hours only to find they are actually closed. Also, they will not answer the phone when you try to call. So great food, I just recommend that they actually answer the phone when they are supposed to be open. Also, they suck at remembering to send salsa with chips.

The food was just OK but I have to compliment this location. There were nothing but guys working and they were all so sweet. This was Wednesday, 8/24 in the evening. I had my baby with me and one of the guys even gave me a clean towel when my baby spat up a little bit. All of the guys were so kind! Really made an impression, good job and thank you.
