Bidra med feedbackFirst time trying it and WOW. The female cashier was fantastic! Stellar personality yet super efficient. I got the Cowboy biscuit with the most scrumptious vegetarian gravy with mushrooms. The biscuit was perfect, the bacon thick and well cooked, eggs perfect, in short it was a delicious hot mess. I'm glad I added one order (two pieces) of the hash brown patties because those were absolutely delicious. I even bought a $3 small maple syrup bottle to take home. I tried the coffee and it was good. Better than Starbucks by far. Fast service, even with the long lines. Truly blown away by my first visit so I'll definitely return soon. And often.Vegetarian options: That mushroom gravy is pure perfection. Excellent for people like me who are vegetarian or have gastro issues with pork. This gravy is absolutely amazing.
Lunch at Maple Street Biscuit Co. today. Homemade potato chips drizzled with maple syrup...savory and tasty. Chicken strips nicely fried, were tender and flavorful. Came with a biscuit. I think they should take Biscuit out of their name. They don 't have clue on how to make fresh biscuits. Suggestion: Hire someone from Hardee 's or Bojangles to make your biscuits... Your biscuits are an embarrassment.TRY THIS ONE....Perfect Homemade BiscuitsThese easy, homemade biscuits are soft, fluffy, made completely from scratch and can be on your table in about 15 minutes!Ingredients3 cups all purpose flour3 tbsp sugar1/2 tsp salt4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cream of tartar3/4 cup COLD butter1 egg1 cup whole milkInstructionsPreheat oven to 450 degrees. The secret to excellent biscuits is COLD BUTTER. Really cold. Many times the biscuit dough gets worked so much that the butter softens before the biscuits even go in the oven. Try cutting the butter into small pieces and stick back in the fridge pulling out only when ready to incorporate into the dough.Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.Use a pastry cutter to cut cold butter into flour mixture. Don 't go too crazy here you want to see small, pea sized pieces of butter throughout the dough.Add in the milk and egg and mix just until the ingredients are combined. The dough will be sticky but don 't keep working it. You should be able to see the butter pieces in the dough.Turn the dough out onto a generously floured surface. Sprinkle some flour on to the top of dough so it won 't stick to your fingers and knead 10 15 times. If the dough is super sticky just sprinkle on some additional flour.Pat the dough out to 3/4 1 inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter or glass. I ended up with nine this time but depending on who is snacking on biscuit dough, I can get up to 12 biscuits.Place the biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet or parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Absolutely love Maple Street Biscuit Co and seek them out in our travels. My absolute favorite sausage gravy I’ve ever found and it is a little spicy which I love. The new smash browns are a great addition. Today we received superb customer service which is typically the case with this company. I will continue to seek out Maple Street in the future and look forward to trying new locations!
Ordered the Bacon, egg, cheese biscuit sandwich with sausage gravy. It was delicious! The biscuit lover in me wished the biscuit was larger fluffier. The gravy was divine! The maple latte was quite tasty also. The ordering dining areas were welcoming I loved the decor. The restrooms... I don't advise using. I felt as if I had stepped out of the restaurant into a backroad service station facility. The baseboard was thick with dust, the walls had dried drippings, the toilet bowl was pink with scum. Great experience otherwise.
Amazing food and staff! The way they call names for orders was a bit confusing at first...but once you understand it, it's pretty cool. Great combinations of flavors, and the biscuits are phenomenal!Food: 5/5
