Krystal - Knoxville

Went thru the drive thru bcus lobby was closed. Lady was less than nice and obviously didnt want to be at work. Once reminded she had a pr job and needed to reflect that or maybe go home, she bcame much more receptive to handling her mood appropriately. Food was good, hot and freshFood: 5/5

Always messes my order up charged me 40 dollars for a family meal a junkyard fry and 2 chicks they gave me spicy chicks instead of regular ones because they didn't feel like cooking anymore then they forgot to put cheese on the Krystals and didn't give me a fork or napkins after we paid cash she told us to pull up and refused to give us a receipt or the change back then gave the guy behind us his change I've seen rats hop the wall in the back and go inside and both people there looked twacked out the manager had sore all over his face and it took them 13 minutes just to get the door open when it says dining open 24/7 I work fast food down town and none of this would fly where I work I get off around 1-2 some nights and come here I won't be coming back anymore it was the lady in the reddish purple hair and a really skinny man with sores

Busy but being the only 24 hour fast food joint I can understand. Cashier was awesome and food was hot. ?

Lastnight I stopped here super late and was extremely pleased with my experience from how nice and friendly the staff was, how quick my food was ready, and last but not least how yummy the food was. Hands down best place to stop, especially when you are having a late night craving like me?

It was good for Krystal's but hell who doesn't love guy bombs this locations staff is great but there burgers always taste funny like a touch of grill chems..... But we'll i mean it's fast food and the staff don't sick so that's a huge plus
