Gibby's Dining And Drinks - Knoxville

My son and I were guestcat the Holiday Inn. We stopped in at the restaurant in the lobby. Very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and our fresh Ceasars salad, parmasean soup and 8 oz steak, baked potatoe and Asparagus were ready in about 20 mins.Nice atmosphere. Mounted tvs, sound systems with catchy rhythms, and a full bar. Our waitress was awesome. Loved her Rhinestoneeyes makeup! No mask were required and there was space for Social distancing if desired. Oh the food was delicious.

Great food. Super cold environment. That was the only negative.

I had the salmon and it's by far the worst I've ever had. You can make it better at home. The mash potatoes tasted like the came from a packet. I expect alittle more for a place like this. Way over priced for the quality of food they serve. The salmon was definitely not fresh, it was cooked from frozen. The presentesntation was also unappetizing. Nice staff but good luck getting any service waited over 20 min just for a drink with a small crowd

They need to update their website menu. It said they had pizza on the menu, but when we arrived to order a few pizzas and beer, they told us they do not offer pizza. This is not a kid friendly restaurant, more for an adult on vacation.

I was there for the dance lessons and had a lovely time. It was a Sunday night and the place was packed. Loads of fun and the drinks were great! I did not eat there.
