Cinnabon - Knoxville

If I was giving a review on the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls only I would've them 5 stars. However, I gave just 3 because a couple things have proven to be an ongoing issue. I travel through this location's area every weekend on both Saturday and Sunday. I stop at this location at least one day every weekend sometimes both days.The problems I continue to deal with are that it's not always open at the posted hours of operation. Like today, I stopped at 4:50 PM and it was closed. There were multipack boxes available for purchase but not any extra cups of icing, which was the sole reason I stopped. That's the other thing, they hardly ever have extra icing cups available and I always get- or want to get- extra icing cups to go with them. If those two things were to be fixed I'd give a 5 star rating.

You can get a fresh cinnamon roll if you show up at the right time but they do not have the drinks like some other Cinnabons. Cheers

This review is for the restaurant located in West Town Mall, but there wasn't a dedicated space for reviews, so I'm posting it here. I would recommend avoiding this place if you’re using Grubhub. They marked my order as ready for pickup, yet I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. One of the staff even claimed it would take just 10 minutes, but I overheard another employee say it would actually be 15.
