Anaba Japanese Cusine - Knoxville

Was NOT real busy but I had to wait a good 10/15 minutes after being seated for my server to EVEN come and ask me what I wanted to drink

Quality sushi at a good price. Love their half price salmon on Tuesday nights

My wife and I dined her for the first time last night. We were greeted we we entered and decided to sit at the sushi bar. Our waitress greeted us and was very friendly . The menu is quite large but easy to navigate. I was glad to see that they had Saba on the menu mackerel it 's one if my favorites and hard to find in knoxville. We ordered our sushi and a large warm saki. The service was very good and our sushi looked good and tasted even better! I was very happy with what I ordered including the Anaba roll! I would definitely recommend. We will be returning!

We took our daughter there for her Birthday this evening. She ordered a chicken teriyaki meal. Her meal came out under cooked. When she sent it back to have the chicken cooked more and folks your not going to believe thus) , the kitchen so called manager brought her plate back to the table refusing to cook the chicken more!!!! She actually said it's against their policy to burn meat!!!. Without doubt the most ridiculous thing to ever I mean ever happen to us in a restaurant.......WOW
