Starbucks - Knox County

Horrible service-just there and the girls were more interested in talking than taking care of customers. I ordered a sandwich and venti chai tea 8 pumps. Sandwich wrong tea barley tasted like it had chai in it.

Friendly service and I never have an order messed up! The drive thru line stays long, especially when people don’t understand that we are in a drive thru, not a street. There’s no reason to keep a car’s length away from the person in front of you. If you do this, sorry but you suck. Anyway, rant over.

I love this location, the staff is great my drinks are always perfect!
