Caesars - Knox

The food on our first visit was not a fluke. We have been to Caesars a few times and have been pleased with the meals and service each time. We indulged in pizzas, pastas, parmas, and salads that were all delicious and surpassed those of other Italian-style restaurants we have tried in Melbourne.

We had a family dinner for our birthday. Fantastic customer service and great food. Great served and reasonable prices. All were happy with their meal

We had virtual drinks with friends from this area over the barrier, it was great to be out again. Great weather had such a table outside, although the restoration seemed pretty busy, he came to our table to make sure everything was okay. I had a parma, not the best I had, but the staff especially Kaley made us so welcome and was so helpful I am happy about the parma and just order something else on our next vist

I placed an online order for delivery at this restaurant. The delivery was already 20 minutes late, so I called to confirm and spoke to Lachlan, who claimed he placed the order himself and that it would arrive soon. However, after another hour passed with no sign of the order, I called back to find out that my order was never actually made and would only be prepared over 2 hours after it was initially placed. Despite my frustration, I was told that because the order was placed online, they would not accept a complaint or take any action regarding the delay. Eventually, the food arrived but it was cold. The service was extremely poor and the employees were unhelpful and uncooperative.

Have been to Caesar's many times and never disappointed. Consistently good food every time. Service is generally good too. Ambiance is nothing special. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the portion size. We got a take away during the lock...down and it was one best take away's we have had.
