They cheat , They mark the orders as ready for collect in 5 or 10 minutes , but they gave me the order after 45 minutes !!!!! I'm really sorry for McDonald's that Can't monitor exactly Service: 1

Not for the first time, I waited nearly 20 minutes for 2 mini mcflurries and got served way after people who ordered their food after us! This place (mcdonalds Huyton) is a joke! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don’t get how come we order ourselves and it still takes an age to get your food when we’ve cut out the middle man. Tables were dirty, discarded wrappers and waste everywhere even on the seats, and I know that it’s the customers creating the mess, but it needs to be kept on top of. Toilets, no loo roll, no hand wash, the drier didn’t seem to be working neither, would love Knowsley hygiene ratings to pay a visit. Food wasn’t great either, got a wrap, had lumps in it. Ordered nuggets and ordered a sauce, yet no sauce, had to ask for some. They need to restart in there honestly it’s bad.
