Subway - Klamath Falls

I ordered on DoorDash roast beef with herb and cheese American cheese with roast beef. They only put one slice of meat on my roast beef and put no cheese. They toasted it though they put a lot of onion, pepper, bell pepper, cucumber, olives, mustard, and mayonnaise, but they didn’t add tomato, they didn’t add lettuce they didn’t add cheese. They didn’t even add pepper seasoning and Parmesan on it. I ordered a it with bacon. I have no bacon I have one slice of meat .

Ordered a chicken onion Teriyaki with all the veggies on it except Peppercini's, asked for ranch, Chipotle and extra onion teriyaki, I got the chicken, spinach lettuce pickles and olives with the onion teriyaki and mayo that I didn't ask for, got chicken on not even half the sandwich and no Chipotle sauce or ranch.... same with my husband's sandwich. They won't answer their phone at all and spent over 30 dollars there and this is what we got!!! Do better subway.

There were at least 8 people in line waiting to order. There were 4 employees behind the counter. One was helping in-house customers and the other 3 were making call-in/door dash orders. I'm sorry, but I believe someone who comes in to patronize an establishment takes precedence over someone sitting on their couch ordering. While waiting, one of the employees, gloved, was making 4 (Call-in) sandwiches. Finished one, wrapped it up, went to another counter, rifled through some things, grabbed a paper bag, put the sandwich in, came back to finish the 2nd sandwich, same gloves. Repeated this with all 4 sandwiches. When it came to our turn, meat and cheese on, then the veggies. Lettuce, wilted and partially brown, tomatoes mostly green, so couldn't get either. We go here often but I'm second guessing about whether we should return. Was this a fluke or a continuing trend?

Didn’t get my order right, it was in the drive through so maybe they need to improve on repeating the order process..
