Mcdonald's - Klamath Falls

Feels fancy inside. Easy to order at touch screens or at the counter. Bathroom was clean. Food came out fast. Thumbs up from me!

This McDonald's feels new or renovated. I appreciated their clean bathrooms. Decent sized bathroom stalls which have changing tables in them!

Standard food, like all McDonald's. Entrance for 2 cars at the beginning of the drive-thru. It did seem odd that an employee was dumping drinks, and cleaning out a cart into a drain in the parking lot.

I used to love McDonald's regular hamburgers. It would be the only thing I would purchase from MDs. So the other day I stopped by and got 2. What a mistake! They were dry and flavorless. There was ONE pickle slice, maybe 1/2 squirt of ketchup and a tiny bit of chopped onions. All of this was in a little tiny spot in the very middle. The bun was as if it had been sitting out half the day, and the meat Patty had no flavor and seemed much much smaller than it used to. I paid almost $3 for the hamburgers alone. Yes I'm older I remember when a burger price was between $0.75 and $1. We're now paying so much for so very little.

I understand that you make appt drinks allot of different ways. But when the person taking my order doesn't think to ask wether I want hot or cold drink especially for something like a Latte then the default that it's made at should be hot. Especially for your morning customer. Just waking up we're not going to think to make sure it's hot.
