Applebee's Grill - Klamath Falls

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We ended up walking out and never even received our food. We were one of 3 tables and we counted at least 3 servers that we could see. We didn't wait long to be seated or have our server take our drink orders-those were prompt. But we waited for over 30 minutes before walking out and didn't even see our appetizer until we had all 5 of our kids loaded up and we were leaving. We left $10 on the table to cover our drinks but we definitely won't be returning.

We had curbside service. The pickup is not in the parking lot but a side door literally to the curb on the street.

Blackened salmon, double brock, and mashed tators!! Come on now!!! It don't matter which state I'm in. it's always good!!

Worst experience ever! Applebee's in other cities are so much better. Went for my Birthday because we were in the area. Got seated. Took waitress 5 minutes to even acknowledge us. We were there at 11:45am. Only 2 tables occupied. She finally came to get our drink order. 10 minutes later with no drinks, she is talking with a Co worker about her wrist and how she shouldn't be there. I got up and had to walk to her and say we we're ready to order. Still took her another 5 minutes to do that. It had been atleast 1/2 hr and no food. She didn't even come and check on us in the meantime. I got up again and found her by the bar. She said coming with food. NOBODY IS IN THE RESTAURANT!! She brings food, never once checked on us. I needed more tarter sauce. Had to go find her once again!!! Terrible food. Terrible service. I hope someone from management sees this, because your losing business here in Klamath.

This place sucks. Went here 2 yrs aho it sucked then I thought I'd give it another try, yep still sucks. I ordered a burger med rare it came well well done and only cheese ff were cold we waited 47 minutes and was the 3rd table only when got there. I asked where was the LTO on the burger I mean it looked like road kill was freaken nasty and for 16.99 uh HELL NO she took it off my ticket and brought fresh fries so that's what I had for dinner, FF could of went to BK across the street for way better food and for 15 min. I'll never go to this Applebee's again
