Clean, smells nice. Buisness room was spacious. Room Services spot on. Had some problems with key cards, been advised not to keep key card in a wallet with other bank cards or with cars remote so where should I keep it? In a separate pocket on its own? PS. No Toothbrush or Toothpaste, so had to walk to the shop to get one. Thats what you do not expect from 4* hotel.
