Pizza Hut - Kittanning

Poor service. wait two hours and never get my food. I called to ask where my food was, and they said they couldn't find my address when I just used the app for delivery, 5 days ago, to my saved address in the app. I lost my time and thankfully for not using a credit card. will not be ordered again by them.

Called in today and told them I wanted a LG pep pan pizza and asked if they had stuff crust with the pan and the girl spoke broken English and she said yes and I said if not I want a pan pizza and she said 20 bucks and I said no way I was paying 20 bucks for a large pan pizza so she said 14.99. She was speaking so fast and again I said a large pan pizza with pep and stuff crust if they have it. I got a thin stuff crust pizza. Not what I ordered.I will not order from kittanning pizza hut again. Hire people that can speak clear English for taking orders.

Wasn't really busy which was nice. Very good price and service was ok.

I ORDERED A PIZZA ONLINE. WENT TO PICK UP. ORDERED A COUPLE DIFFRENT SAUCES FOR THE PIZZA. GARLIC AND RANCH.. PAID FOR THEM AND PIZZA. PIZZA WASNT READY SO WAS TOLD TO WAIT IN CAR AND THEY WOULD BRING IT OUT... LONG STORY SHORT...GOT THE PIZZA AND DIDNT GET ANY OF THE SAUCES AND DIDNT KNOW TILL WE GOT HOME.. SO.. NOT HAPPY THAT I DIDNT GET WHAT I PAID FOR...TO FAR TO GO BACK..AND GET THEM.. PIZZA WAS FINE. PROBALLY MY FAULT FOR NOT TRIPLE CHECKING EVERYTHING ORDERED LIKE YOU HAVE TO DO NOWADAYS.

Great pizza the server was really friendly and polite. Definitely go back again
