Williams Fresh Cafe - Kitchener

Had breakfast here and enjoyed it. Good coffee, reasonable breakfast, friendly staff, nice seating. Men's bathroom needs a renovation.

This is a charming restaurant with a laid-back ambiance. Our favorite dish was the Roasted Red Pepper soup. The service was satisfactory, although it could be improved.

Unfortunately, the drive-thru is very slow at this restaurant. I have visited this location multiple times at different times of the day. I really enjoy their peanut banana smoothies, but the last few times I've been there, they didn't have the ingredients to make it. The response was unsatisfactory, with them just saying "next time, sorry." This situation was very frustrating, especially when you are already in the drive-thru without placing an order. The service is also slow. While I haven't had issues at other nearby locations, this one is more convenient for me location-wise. However, this experience has shown me that convenience can sometimes become inconvenience.

We shared a strawberry Carmel waffle. So tasty and served warmed with two teas. Very enjoyable. Will return

I dislike that you can't leave half a star in the rating so I give this 3.5 stars. I got the funky monkey waffle and it was really good and I got a blended iced cappuccino which is always good there. It came out fairly fast and was nice and warm. My only complaint is the pricing, I find William's is more expensive then it really needs to be for what they serve.
