Subway - Kitchener

The guy name BHAUMIK working here has no curtesy to talk to customer he is getting rude when it comes to making subs and talking with customer. He is freaking mad and doing food safety violations. I will stay hungry but won’t eat here.

I visited today at 7 pm. Customer service was not good.

We generally order from here and people are sweet usually but today sund 24th at night time, the server was too rude. The guy who was working did not even changed gloves after making a non-veg sandwich. We aksed to grill our sandwich but he straught away refused and started to argue and said things like if you would have worked for sandwich shop, you would have know that grill is not for sandwiches. If not then what is it for. I would never go to this place again. This kind of rudeness is meant to be talen action on.

Staff named Manpreet was chatting with her friend who was sitting across on the table in their language and seem to be making fun of me and my friend while cashing us out. Very loud and very disrespectful. Poor service and bad experience.

Staff does not change globes after handling cash or mopping the floors. Very concerning. Who has trained these employees? Or it should be common sense. Will not return. No higiene here. Visited the Fisherhallman and Ottawa location.
