Birthday dinner, not a bevel night, so everything was fast and got hot!

Great evening. our service was great and we have observed how much this team works as team to bring out orders for cleaning food for refilling drinks. we were a party of 3 and enjoyed our delicious meals.

Have eaten there and this time was not so good. eating came cold and didn't really think that the salad was worth the money. it tastes like processed chicken. what I didn't expect.

The food was good, but the music was so loud that we went with a headache

The food was excellent, as was the service by our server, but I am more than disappointed with the feeling that we were sat in what seemed like a university temporary cafeteria type dining area. I thought that it was because the restaurant would be full, maybe it was, who knows, all I saw was the temporary heated patio area that only had one or two other parties sitting in it. I never even got my coat off. Having New Years eve in a temporary patio that isn 't even normally open in the winter was not what I was expecting...what a shame, what a let down, what a disappointment. Couldn 't even tell you if the actual restaurant was nice, never saw it. But it 's just another night right, it was New Years Eve 2022 and that 's how I am left to remember my dining choice? I am more than disappointed, what a let down when I was looking forward to my dining experience. I was called earlier in the day to say it was the NYE menu, never told it was in a tented outdoor patio. The experience had said 3 course meal and a celebration bubbly is how I believe it was worded, server said drinks extra and there was not anything like that included. How would you want me to feel other than this experience was my biggest mistake of 2022? Well I suppose I learned a valuable lesson for 2023. A true let down. Hugely disappointed. Feel very robbed of my evening with respect to my choice of dining for NYE 2022.
