Kfc - Kitchener

I picked up chicken in Guelph. I forgot gravy. My husband picked up gravy At Kitchener, Ottawa street location. It was thin , runny and tasteless. Not what we have had at other locations. I think they are watering it down. We will never buy chicken or gravy or anything there ever again. There is no excuse for that kind of poor quality when you are using the good name of KFC. I don’t know if anyone has ever had KFC in the US but it is soooooo much better. Not greasy, like it is here sometimes and so tasty. Quality is always good no matter where we go.

I ordered online for delivery at the closest restaurant to me and it's been over 2 1/2 hours and I haven't received my order. I tried calling the store multiple times but no one picked up. I also called the 1-866 number and they were not able to help me. This is completely unacceptable.

I went to this restaurant for a takeout lunch to eat in the car. I ordered a 2-piece chicken box but the fries were cold. I also ordered a 2-piece chicken tender box, but both the fries and chicken tenders were cold as well. I decided to just eat it anyway because they only allow 4 people inside at a time and there were already 3 people waiting outside. There are plenty of other KFC locations nearby.

Went there after work picked up two beef burritos and 7UP. My ultimate mistake was going through their drive-thru which is so pathetic and slow its unbelievable. The food was awesome the service was pathetically slow.

This restaurant really knows how to prepare chicken - it's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We requested chicken breasts and they were included to our satisfaction. The French fries were hot, but not quite crispy enough for our liking. The salads are consistently the same, but that's not necessarily a negative thing.
