We were seated right by the entrance, and the girl kept rolling her eyes every time she saw people coming in. A smile can go a long way.

My wife and I realized we may have made the wrong decision when we arrived at the restaurant for dinner. Unfortunately, no one greeted us at the front for ten minutes.

I am searching for a pasta dish while traveling in Ontario.

Service was very slow .we were seated within 5 minutes but sat there for at lest 15 minutes for a waitress came & took our order. We place our order to start with a garden salad with double salad dressing on it & my wife ordered chicken fettuccine and I had the Gigantor spaghetti and meatballs with sauteed mushrooms and double meat sauce in a large meat sauce on the side. We waited 20 minutes before the salad got their & did not have the double salad dressing on it like what was ordered & the waitress for got to bring the Parmesan cheese with her. The salad was flat no taste & no Parmesan cheese on it. Within three to four minutes after receiving the salad with no Parmesan cheese and no double dressing like was ordered the entrees came so now we have had no time to even start to eat the salad and our meals were there getting cold already. Totally not impressed with the service slow and almost seem like they didn't care. The entrees were good no complaints there but it's nice to have the proper amount of time to eat your salad before your meal shows up almost at the same time. There is obviously a huge problem between the kitchen and the waitresses getting stuff ready in the proper amount of times and working together. I would say the management needs to come down hard and heavy on the kitchen and the waitress getting the food ready and getting it to the tables on time. My wife and I both have found the last three four times that we've gone there the place has been gradually slipping in the quality of the food and the quality of the service I hope they can get their act together and remain as good as they once were.

Went for dinner with my son. Figured we would get in early to avoid the crown. there were only 5 tables seated . Waitress was nice enough and took order immediately . Caesar salad had no flavour and maybe 3 pieces of bacon. It took over 45 minutes for our dinners to arrive and when they did my sons was burnt and rock hard with cold fries. The sauce on mine tasted funny threw it away when we got home . This place needs a serious cleaning as there are flies everywhere that I had to constantly shoo away and dead ones on the window sills GROSS. Bathroom was a disaster as well. asked for a take out box as my little man was fed up of being there and the container.. will be rethinking another option before I return.
