Bidra med feedbackShown after a reservation with open table only to say that they do not online reservations only via the phone. A while ago, someone could have called me to tell me before I and my guests arrived. We were told that it would take 1.5 hours for a table and we were not even offered a “Sorry for the mix up”.
Made online reservation, cried the day to make sure it was good. Get confirmation and then showed up at my booked time and was told that they did not make online reservations. Not in a position to welcome us, as they did not restrict the time of the current guests and allowed people to wait for a table when they already had 10 seats that disregard the common rules.
The staff was amazing in these times. Financial situation. Hopefully, this pandemic will be under control so that business owners can remain open. Great service
Made reservations online only to be told on arrival at the restaurant we don 't do reservations The hostess argued with me that I couldn 't have made reservations despite my email confirmation. Ordered steak rare, came medium (tough and over cooked) Fries were cold. Corn was dehydrated and cold. Checked on once throughout the whole meal (at the very beginning when I hadn 't even had a chance to try the food yet) Waitress not overly friendly and clearly not engaged with us. Very disappointed. Will not be returning.
From the minute we walked in, with a hostess that did not even have a smile, to seating us at a dirty table, and did not give us menus. To our waitress/bartender (area we were sitting) that did not seem to care if we were even there (while we went out to to support local businesses during the pandemic), not to mention her unhygienic length of nails. Took our orders, forgot our drinks, meanwhile was socializing with other staff. Came to ask us how are food was as it was delivered by a different waitress, and didn't even have a moment to taste it yet, she never came back during the meal to check how it was or our drink levels. As soon as she noticed our plates empty, came rushing over, asked if we were ready for our bill and cashed us out as soon as possible. During our dinner, there were 3 or 4 waitresses gathered at a one table in the middle of the restaurant socializing loudly and polishing cutlery; the manager came out of the back at some point, looked around a little, than stood leaned on a post and just starred. The food was ok, but not the best quality. I would not return, I would not recommend, I would actually go beyond and advise people against going completely. A major change needs to be made with staff and management levels.
