Normally, pounding menus are about meat and meat , but here there are menus other than meat . I was also worried about the rough burdock heaven, so I tried Meat burdock tempura udon and Mentai rice ball I put fresh grated ginger and coarsely chopped chili peppers in it, and I had a delicious thick burdock tempura with thick burdock and dark soup stock. Original 小倉系の肉うどん どきどきうどん が食べれるお店で、所要のルート上にあるお店なので寄ってみました。 今までに行ったどきどき系とは違って、店がとてもキレイで広い・メニューが多い、自販機も最新式な感じで、他のイニシエ系のお店とは全然違う 普通はどきどき系のメニューは「肉」と「肉々」位だけどここは「肉」以外のメニューもある。ごついゴボウ天も気になったので「肉ゴボ天うどん」と「明太おにぎり」 フレッシュなおろし生姜と粗切りのとんがらしをいれて、ゴロゴロの牛筋&固めの衣を纏った厚めのゴボウ天&黒っぽい出汁を美味しく頂きました。 老舗のどきどき系と味も遜色なく、他のメニューもいただけて、幹線道沿いという好条件のお店でした。
小倉のドキドキうどん屋さんも、ここまでキレイになると違和感があるけど、他地域の方は入りやすいかも。入口で食券買って入ります。右側がカウンター、左側がテーブル席。うどんは中で100円で替玉できます。トッピング等もあり、色々なアレンジして頂けます
