Bidra med feedbackWe had a late lunch at the Nipa Hut Bar Restaurant in Orlando after the church where all the food we ordered was so delicious. In any case, we can comfortably say Nipa hat as one of the best authentic Filipino Resto in Florida
Yesterday for the second time with a colleague who loves Filipino cuisine. This time on a weekday and after 4:00 we didn't expect masses. We came in and there were 4 5 tables with Diners. Thank God it wasn't full! We should sit on every table free. We sat on a 6 chair table. We ordered the following: Pancit Bihon with 3 Lumpia This dish was served with the bamboo stand in a caldera dish. It had 3 mini-clumpis and the pancite bihon. This time the pancite was delicious. Freshly made with carrots, celery, string beans, snap beans, cabbage, chicken. It tasted fresh and no strange taste in contrast to the last time. The lumps were really delicious, the meat filling was well seasoned and no need for sweet sauce to dive even thought it offered. My colleague liked the lumps, but the pancite was better in Pistang Pilipino. She liked the Sotanghon noodles instead of Bihon. I told her Bihon is the original way to cook pancite. She's hispanic descent. Chicken adobo with white rice This dish I didn't try because I believed the pancite more. My colleague says that the Chicken Adobo tasted better here than Pistang Pilipino. Not so salty. But she also feels that the homeopathic adobo is better LOL by her colleague. This was served in this small calder a pot with about 6 pieces chicken meat with bone. A little Breadh Gravy from Adobo sauce. My colleague says that the dish needed more flavors of garlic and perhaps laurel leaves to supplement the dish. Sago Gulaman This was served in a peasant glass beaker that was strange to me because it is usually served in a high glass. It had a huge lump shaved ice cream, green gulaman and while Sago beads along with the brown sugar syrup. It tasted authentic, but for me the part was quite small for the price of $3.99Coconut Juice That my colleague has ordered for herself and has served me quite a lot of coconut water in a glass. It had jagged coconut meat you found in cans of coconuts. Halo Halo This was last served and is served in traditional halogen sunglasses. It had milk with shaved ice cream with red and white sweet beans on the bottom. Green and red Nata Coco-Jellies, shrunk coconut and Jackfruit, a cube of delicious flan and a shovel Ube ice cream. That was to eat and only refreshing. Pistang Pilipino serves larger and loaded Halo Halo. My colleague loved this dessert that she ended in the end. The service was a little better this time. My colleague said that the bathroom was a little down when she used it. Would come back here and probably in a weekday due to less crowded and freshly cooked dishes.
On a trip to WDW. When I was from California, my group and I really hunted some Asian food and came over Nipa Hut. Luckily it was open and very close to where we stayed, so we decided to try. We have the Chicken Adobo, Eggrolls (appearant) and Pancit Bihon. A little bit of everything. These dishes are some of the classics I usually get. All the dishes were so good here! You can't go wrong with anyone. Very authentic and tasteful. It is A LOT of food; definitely recommend to do family style. We had leftovers, which was great for the next day. The staff is also very friendly and helpful
Thank you! Food was delicious! Thank you, Madonna. Our family enjoyed the food so much! I and my sis have just studied NP school and believed for Filipino. Amazing service. The place is also great!
My chicharrón bulaklak was fresh without any shrimp chip fillers. They were crispy and delicious! The dinuguan was excellent once I found the hidden pepper in the pot. It exploded with flavor that allowed me to finish the bowl of rice! The videos of of local Filipino bands playing cover songs were delightful!! I enjoyed my meal even more with the music that was being played. To finish off the meal, I ended it with a classic halo halo! Scrumptious!! The servers, Jisel and Madonna, personify the hospitality Filipinos are known for!! I'll be back again!!
