Bidra med feedbackAll going well until the server brought our food and then she tipped hot coffee on to a 3 year old and 11 year old. The 3 year got a free toy for the stress cause. Didn't even get any sort of refund.
Would like to give a rating but after sitting 20 minutrs in drive thru and finally making it to the screen to place our order, sat there for another 10 minutes, then tried to go inside to be told that the computers were not working and the only way they could take our order was thru drive thru, we decided to just leave. This was after leaving another McDonald's that had a drive thru line that went all the way out into the main street, we had sat in that line for 20 minutes as well.
The screens in the drive thru weren?t working. When the cashier asked me what I wanted I asked her to please wait because the screens weren?t working and we needed to look the menu up. She told me she knew but was impatient and constantly saying, ?Is that it? Is that it?? When I pulled up to her window, she told me the total and I asked her if it was for my order and I repeated my order to her. She rolled her eyes and replied, ?Don?t yo face match the picture on my screen.? I couldn?t see her screen so I wouldn?t know. McDonald?s sometimes messes up and charges me for someone else?s order so I was just confirming it. She was so rude and had an attitude the entire time. I pulled up to the next window and they asked me to pull forward and wait for my food. We waited about 5 minutes. The order was incorrect so I had to go back around and inside. I explained that they gave me the wrong order in drive thru. They rushed to give me my correct order which I wish they didn?t. When my kids and I opened our meals, they were soggy and runny. The taste was even worse. We took a couple of bites and had to throw everything away because it was undercooked. I?ve never had this experience with a McDonald?s before. This location is horrible.
I was waiting in line for 20 minutes. I finally got up to the window and waited an additional 10 minutes. Nobody ever took our order, so we left. When we passed by the window, we could see all the employees just standing around. They had cars waiting everywhere to get their food. I've never seen such bad service in a McDonald's.
Just visited this McDonald?s around 10am on 11/22/22. The only thing that seemed to work well for the location is the gentleman who was in the yellow vest. He was running around helping all the guests and was the only person up front who seemed to have any sense of kindness and customer service. Other staff, especially the lady who appeared to be the manager were rude and even flat out ignored customers who were waiting for assistance.
