Checkers - Kissimmee

I wasn't impressed today. My order was wrong as usual, I was in a hurry and the customer service was not up to date. Burgers in Checkers used to have a broil taste. I don't know what this is about. Fish tasted like cardboard and the rolls on both sandwiches tasted like melebred. So I'm done with Checkers. I can go to Culver's and get a much better service on the road for the same price and a greater variety. If you do not smile at at at least one person and understand that you are at work, you should not be in the hospitality industry. This came from my wife, who has been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and is proud of how she takes food orders, presents food and smiles on the face of people. We're not gonna eat here again.

I was there yesterday and Nikkie was so friendly and patient with me and even warmed up my Brookie. You need more employees like them. I'm back. The food was fresh and tasty and the shake machine works

Great service from the moment I moved to the Intercom area. Gentlemen welcomed me professionally. The young lady who took my order was very patient and also repeated my order to make sure that it was what I had. After all, it's 11:00 on a Sunday. I would definitely recommend raising and recognition for these two employees for EXCELLENT SERVICE!
