Bidra med feedbackBento had good food (and terrible service) once upon a time, but now they are just terrible all around. A bowl used to fill me up, but lately they are pathetically small and unfulfilling. The fact that this restaurant is skimping on RICE and LETTUCE shows their business model is broken or they just don 't care about providing a half-decent product to their customers.The service was always slow and hit-or-miss. Once, after waiting 20 minutes for our food, the person who made our poke had randomly mixed up ingredients between our 2 bowls. I was amazed at their ability to get everything we ordered but not in the right bowl. Now days, forgotten items are the norm for takeout. Check before you leave the store!!!The cutbacks at this place are obscene. They went from 5 included additions to 4, and they give you a pathetic amount of the ingredients you order. What used to fill the bowl now barely fills half. If they can 't afford to still give a full serving of rice, I can 't imagine the company surviving much longer. But the prices have gone up substantially.This used to be a regular stop for my wife and I, but now we eat at a local poke place nearby.
This was the first time I have ever been to Bento. The food was good, the family enjoyed it. I just feel like it was priced higher than it should have been. I have paid similar prices for a more upscale experience.
Honestly, if I knew the service was going to be so poor, I wouldn't have tipped. We were already surprised by the mess they had in there when we arrived, the floor was soaked with water and soap...it was like walking through a back kitchen. We ordered, and asked the girl at the register multiple times that we wanted an extra item, she confirmed the order correctly. The order was served incorrectly, and when we told them, they not only didn't recognize the mistake or apologize for it, but almost sounded like they were calling us liars, with an attitude, by the way. Later they brought the rest of our food, and forgot the drinks, we had to go twice to ask, for which we had to wait considered time. Small details are what make a good customer service. In this establishment's case, a complete lack of it...very sad for such a good brand.
First time dining here and I’m glad I did. The noodles were delicious, plenty of chicken and veggies. The portion was very good and the customer service was great. The order did take long, but I could see why. To go orders were being made and drivers where picking it up from what I can see. So, it’s understandable. I order through door dash all the time, so I see both sides of the coin. I’ll def be back. Don’t listen to all the reviews. My experience was a good one. I’ll update if that ever changes.
Super friendly and accommodating staff, very helpful to find gluten-free, vegetarian and pescatarian options. Tasteful bowl and sushi with gluten-free soy sauce. Spacious, bright and calm environment with outside seatings. They have an offer to get a bowl for free by downloading their app to order to spend $15, so a free meal, too.
