Kombinat - Kislovodsk

I have recently with my friends, great food and service, I somehow do not agree with the previous review about Alina (she has served us all the time) and I cannot say anything as a perfect waitress. She walked around like headless chicken to serve all tables as it was on Friday's busy evening. In terms of entertainment there is live music and striking abdominal dance. Overall, there is room to visit and enjoy the right Friday evening atmosphere.

This is one of the best place in kmv, this is a powerful industrial kitchen with a quality, the design interior and exterior is something to discuss separately in my Insta page, but for now it is just the best of the best.

Alina, the waiter, ruined the whole attitude towards KOMBINAT. Alina served dishes through the table or from the left side; did not offer to pour water into glasses; did not ask how to serve the ordered food together or when ready; dropped bottles of water on the table, pretending nothing happened; did not ask if you liked everything either after each dish or at the end; sarcastic jokes; verbal conflicts when I have asked to light an extinguished candle. The design of the establishment is quite decent. But feelings from poor quality service completely negate the overall attitude. Kislovodsk needs more restaurants that will compete to improve the overall quality of service.

Terible service, we asked 6x shashlik 1.200g of meat, they brought approximately 600g and told us that it is OK. We ordered Hoegarden beer and they brought some diferent... We ordered mushrooms, soup and chicken shaslik, they did not bring us nothing of that... Total mess avoid this place unless you like to argue for your meal...
