KFC - Kirkland

I have distinct memories of ordering KFC years ago and finding the chicken to be absolutely delicious. However, in the last three years, I have ordered from them three times and each experience has been extremely disappointing. The chicken was dry, the fries were undercooked, and the gravy had no flavor. I am not sure if it is just this particular location or if KFC's standards have decreased overall, but I have decided that I will not be wasting $50.00 on their food again.

For what it is... this place is great! every now and again, I pop in for some chicken and coleslaw - cravings ;-) its clean, and fast but always have a wait. therefore, fresh food ;-)?

Stopped there today to get our fix.Have to say not the best example, but the other one in the West Island is even worse. So I guess it comes as no surprise that they have shut down and are scheduled for demolition. Come on KFC....give us something better!

The service here is unbelievably slow. The question is usually huge. And only one person serving. This is by far the worst KFC I have visited. The Pepsi machine has been broken for about a week. And the place could do with a clean.

I have had chicken from this location a few times over the years and have not been impressed with the chicken. Soggy coating, dry meat, and tiny pieces. I have also tried in US and they are much bigger pieces and were very crunchy/moist. Will not go back
