Amir Restaurant - Kirkland

I am happy to report that my companions and I are always warmly welcomed at Amir Restaurant in Kirkland, Quebec, just outside of Montreal. The staff is friendly and has a great sense of humor. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious and fresh. We usually order the Shish Taouk sandwiches and one of their many fresh salad options, knowing that our meal is not only tasty but also healthy. The wait time is minimal and the prices are very reasonable. We find ourselves coming back a few times a month. Delicious!

My husband and I tried the Amir on Pierrefonds Blvd for the first time and for the last time. Don't go. The food was not fresh, cold, hardly condiments (marinated beet, tomatoes and salad). The place was empty at 5:30. The bathroom smelled bad. We were so disappointed because I know that there are Amir restaurants in other places that are very popular and serve good food.

This is a chain restaurant, but this place is our place. The food always looks fresh and the place is clean. The constant flow of customers is a good indication that others agree that this place is better than average. The service is...always polite and prompt. The variety of salads is very good. Would suggest this place easily over other places (don't go to Pierrefonds Boulevard).

When no one feels like cooking, Amir is our go-to choice. After a busy day, we were exhausted and hungry following a garage sale. Luckily, we discovered that they offer delivery services. I placed our order and received it in about 20 minutes. However, they mistakenly gave us double rice instead of double roasted potatoes. After calling to inform them of the error, they apologized and promised to send extra potatoes. The driver arrived within 15 minutes with the replacement. The staff at Amir is always quick and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience.

I went with 5 girlfriends and we had a very good time: friendly service, fresh and plenty of salads and lebanese specialties. We had grilled quails! Very good. Portions are of a generous size. Staff is very accomodating and attentive. The place is clean and...spacious. Their busines, very brisk, seems to be mainly pick up. It is part of a chain, that is usually very consistent in its quality. Please remember this is fast foodnot haute cuisine.
