I would like to express my gratitude for the staff informing me that there would be a 20-minute wait for my large order. Despite the slight pressure, the quality of the food was good, the air conditioning was pleasant, and the service was satisfactory.

I don't usually review restaurants, but I felt the need to share my experience with both customers and owners. The customer service at this Sushi Shop was very poor, with staff appearing uninterested and unfriendly. The quality of the food was average at best. I don't plan on going out of my way to visit this restaurant again.

The sushi at this restaurant is made with B grade fish and they charge prices you would expect at a higher-end establishment. I paid $89 for 20 rolls and 8 pieces of sashimi, and even the wasabi had a lower grade, bitter taste. You can get better quality sushi for the same price at Katoreya on Sources. I mistakenly thought this was a cheaper sushi chain, but it's actually more like a high-end chain with expensive prices. I will not be returning.

My husband picked up a combo pack of sushi for our dinner took from the stock in the fridge. I could not believe how fresh and tasty the sushi was, it was really good!

Best sushi shop franchise in town by far!The service is amazing.. the ladies always care the most I've been to a lot of them over the years however this one is always extremely friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond for me!Cici is the nicest she always takes good care of me every time i order in on the phone my order is ready in no time as I arrive!Food is made fresh and they actually care !Kudos to the staff here thank you for your kindness and good quality sushisThe service food and ambiance is AMAZING!I have 0 complaints!Loveeee the monkey brain salmon it's my favourite thing to get and their ying yang sauce wow I'm craving it right now as Im writing this review!!It's super busy lunch and dinner times but definitely worth it hihiOverall , you got a loyal customer Thank you ladies Cheers
