Unbelievable! Unbelievable. Anyone who places value on high-quality food, paired with rich ideas and culinary skills, along with experimental pleasure and absolute service and service orientation, is here. It's hard to imagine what's on fresh food. Even a curry sauce does not come from the tube, but is freshly prepared, coordinated with herbs and tastefully diversified. If it wasn't a small cottage, but a regular restaurant operation, this would have Star Level. Whether fish or meat, everything is cooked, cooked, grilled. Absolutely upstairs. We hope that not too many people go there as it is quickly crowded due to the small space. Call and reserve if you want to sit inside as there are only three or four tables inside, even outside it will be tight in summer.

There is only a small menu here, but the dishes to get are freshly prepared and beautifully dressed. But you have to wait a little longer, but it's worth it. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Price/performance ratio fits. A medieval ambience in beautiful surroundings with magnificent views. The Burgschenke is closed from November to March.

Unfortunately, the staff and the chef was quite overwhelmed. We had to wait for the curry sausage with Pommes 1:20h! Apparently, you hadn't expected such an urge, even though there were great autumn weathers and many hikers traveling. The food itself was very good and the location is great.
