We took a family trip to Kinsale recently and got the opportunity to visit this little gem on a back street in the heart of the village. I was blown away by their hospitality and quality of food and wine. Gavin and his team have really created something special, incredible wines with some stunning small plates. A very buzzy vibe, and a place you need to book in advance. I would like to make a special mention for Brendon who was our server for the evening, great suggestions and a man who is hospitality through and through. Certainly a highlight of our trip to the Emerald Isle.

The ambience in the garden room is just dream Republic.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience here. The service was absolutely amazing!! The Dublin Bay Prawns were the best we have ever had. All of the food was great and the Dublin Bay Prawns outstanding as were the other dishes we had. We loved every moment of our dinner here.
