Papa John's Pizza - Kingswinford

Stellar service! the young have caught them just as they prepared to close, and they went to make my pizza! will definitely come back!

First time ordering from Papa Johns. Excellent service the food came on time and was still hot, so there was no need to reheat. The staff were lovely and gave me a good deal too! Definitely ordering again

Delivery never turned up. Warning...long complaint...sorry guys! When I called to chase up (40 minutes after latest estimate) the phone was abruptly taken over by a really loud and angry sounding man who launched into a long rant about how orders in the just eat system has all gotten stuck. I had to hold the phone away from my ear he was so loud... He then said he was sorry but it wasn't the store's fault.. It was the just eat system. When he let me get a word in, I asked how he knew about my order now if there had been a fault and he rudely told me he had just looked up my address and found all the stuck orders that moment. I asked how the store had managed to accept the order of they hadn't seen it. He said they had set it to automatically accept orders (just eat tell me this isn't how the system works). Hungry, and now struggling to get any sense (let alone decent customer service) out of this man I asked to speak to the manager..... Only to be told HE WAS in fact, the manager. I was floored that such an obviously poorly organised and rude person had been given a store to manage. I didn't really know what to say! I told him he had zero customer service skills and he told me I should cancel my order. I said I'd prefer to just have my order (not that I should have wanted any good this man has been near to be honest)... And he hung up on me. I called back and... Eventually... TJ answered. He was absolutely wonderful. Genuinely apologetic that is been so horrible treated and when I asked how long my order would be he told me the manager has cancelled it (so that I couldn't leave a review on just eat). I thanked TJ for his customer service skills and took the manager's name to pass on to Papa John's customer service (if they are interested at all having hired such a person as a manager in the first place). Frugg.. The manager, has ensured that I will never recommend Papa John's to anyone. Please, go to a local pizza place and get the great service they provide. Spare yourself the disappointment.

Second time ordering from Papa John's, second time they haven't delivered the pizza and argued with us saying they have. The delivery driver phoned us, swore blind he'd delivered the pizza and then put the phone down. Ordering from Papa John's is an absolute nightmare, two hours later no food and just a pure headache, again. Won't be giving them a third opportunity. Awful service.

Absolutely horrible pizza. The tomato base tastes cheap and nasty. Very doughy base. Not a patch on Domino. Wish I’d paid extra couple of pound to go there! Avoid. Never again!
