Burger King - Kingstree

Ordered 3 burgers, only got two. Gotta check before you leave. Always. Everything was fresh and tasty, no complaints there. Staff was nice and helpful. Very clean dining area.

Went inside to place an order 2 weeks ago and after waiting around 15 minutes without even being acknowledged, they finally got our order. I understand places are understaffed, but acting like we are invisible is rude. I went through the drive through yesterday and half the menu was out, so I ordered what I could see, which was a chicken sandwich. I get to the window and pay and they asked me to park and they would bring my food out. I paid at 5:12pm. At 5:32pm still no food. I walk in and still had to wait another 5 minutes before I could grab someone's attention. The workers would legit look at you in the face and not say a word. There were even customers in there complaining how they must be invisible.. I told them I had been waiting 25 minutes for food from the drive through. No apologies or nothing. At that point, I just wanted my money back. The whole ordeal took 35 minutes and I left with no food. Poor customer service.

I ordered a 2 for $4 which was two croissant sandwiches with eggs bacon and cheese and a orange juice and I also ordered a 2 for $5 which was two sausage bacon and cheese. Both meals were cold and not fresh and on the 2 for $5 they put eggs on it and I never asked for eggs

If I could leave zero stars I would. They have the WORST employees. Walked in to order on my lunch break and I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life. NEVER will I go back here even if it?s the last place on this earth

Restaurant dead as a door knob and still can't get the order right. Paid money for a whopper with no lettuce and no tomatoes piled with a cup of mayo. Who does that!
