Rupali - Kingston upon Thames

Initially, I gave this restaurant a 1-star review due to poor service. Despite the amazing food, I was hesitant to return. However, after having many great meals there in the past, I decided to give it another chance. I called the restaurant to praise the quality of the food, which I had never done before. If you haven't been to this place yet, give it a try. My original review mentioned waiting over an hour for my food, with the restaurant not acknowledging the delay. When I confronted the manager about it, I received no compensation and decided not to return.

My family and I have dined at this restaurant on multiple occasions. The service, food, and decor are all top-notch. I highly recommend the sheek kebab. This restaurant is family-run, which is evident in the laid-back atmosphere.

Really nice eating. tasty, good proportions of sizes. beautiful decoration, although I usually get delivery. all about a very nice experience.

Service was good and attentive (contrary to previous reviews), food was lovely and a good price.

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant - both the food and service are top-notch.
