of their homemade bread with whipped butter and I knew we were in for a treat. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was impeccable. I opted for the grilled salmon and it did not disappoint - perfectly cooked and seasoned. My dining companion had the beef short ribs and was equally impressed. Overall, a fantastic dining experience at Schilling and I can't wait to come back for more.

When we arrived, we discovered that this restaurant is related to Edi & the Wolf, a highly authentic Austrian/German establishment.

I visited this restaurant during my trip to NYC last spring and I must say, it was probably the best burger I have ever had in my life.
