Totally unedable dryer up chicken order completely wrong.this would have gone back but we were already home.kfc years ago great never again will I eat there again

Terrible customer service, the owner needs to sack most of it’s manager and staff, exceptionally rude to customer and delivery drivers, they simply don’t care at all, no wonder why people come here happy and left very angry, if shocking service has a face, visit this **** KFC.

I recently visited KFC in Mount Pleasant, Hull and was greeted by the happiest person I have ever met. Tina truly made my day with her infectious positivity and is a valuable member of the team. I will definitely be returning when I need a pick-me-up. Keep up the excellent work, Tina - we could all use a Tina in our lives!

Came for lunch when driving past was served by a lovely long gent called Reber they should be proud of his fantastic customer service.
