Blue Mountain Bistro-to-go - Kingston

It's been a long time since I've recommended a place to friends. But, I am recommending bistro to go. Have had lunch twice and been excited about the food both times. I had the vegan vegetable patty, Farro and kale salad, grilled bok choy, and a chocolate decadence cupcake yesterday. Delicious! Can't wait for the leftovers today at lunch

This fantastic establishment spreads positivity and warmth through its amazing food. Each visit to Blue Mountain Bistro to Go leaves me feeling uplifted, whether I'm grabbing a quick cup of coffee or indulging in a catered dinner for a special occasion with 50 guests.

I discovered this restaurant on a Saturday and decided to give it a try. It surpasses any deli or lunch spot we have here in Rhinebeck. My roast beef sandwich had the perfect combination of flavors and textures, and my husband couldn't stop talking about his chicken and eggplant sandwich. The staff were all pleasant and down-to-earth, which was a huge plus. The food was fantastic and there was no pretentious attitude. We both can't wait to return again soon.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious and fresh! There are plenty of options for dining in or taking out. There is something for everyone here for sure!

Bistro to Go catered our 60 person backyard party this past weekend. They set up beautifully, the servers were courteous and out-reaching. They kept everything looking good throughout the whole party. My guests were thrilled with the Greek and generally Mediterranean menu. Everything was just perfect! MaryAnne and Richard are wonderful people, very helpful, creative and kind. We had a strawberry shortcake and a chocolate raspberry cake that were awesome! The whole experience was FABULOUS!
