Subway - Kingston

I ordered a meal for four through Skip the Dishes, and Subway gave us the wrong order. When we called them, they said they would give me a free sub. However, it's not really free when I had already paid for it. They told me to come get it another time, so one person in our group ended up with no food because they wouldn't deliver us another sub. They instructed us to come pick it up, but that defeats the purpose of using Skip the Dishes. I will never use this Subway again. They should have corrected the order and resent it via Skip the Dishes at their own expense.

Subway offers a speedy and customizable dining experience. The range of toppings and bread choices allows for individual preferences. However, the taste was occasionally inconsistent and the freshness of ingredients was not always consistent. The quality of the experience was largely dependent on the location and efficiency of the staff. Although it is a convenient option, there are opportunities for improvement in ensuring consistent quality across all locations.

The prices are not displayed accurately, so be cautious as they may charge you more than what is listed on the front board.

Great service and it was a very busy place. Full of students . If you are just dropping in at noon, I would suggest before 11 or after 12 noon. Very friendly staff.
