Saigon Delights - Kingston

The food here is delicious. Sweet or spicy, and in between is all mouth water and delicious. Very quickly saved to your table. I would have licked my plate, but my wife fought it. I love this place. There are many places to eat in the area, but we and our Ilk usually come here.

Not very vegan options (only 3), and the options that exist are very similar to each other (they are all rice, vegetables and tasteless tofu... the only difference is the curries. We had two differential servers. The (always) male server was not very pleasant,... the female server was delightful. Standing position. Decor needs a little love (dark on the inside). Sitting on the window is best. You only have 1 vegan appetizer options. The prices were steep for the value of the food we have.

Been eating here for years and always happy with the food. Yesterday was no exception. Had the popular #6 with pork. Pork was nice and crispy in a good way. Eggroll on top was full of meat and good. It's a simple dish but tasty...and healthy (except for deep fried eggroll but they taste so good). Service was great very friendly and helpful. Prices haven't risen much over the years and still a good deal.

After hearing rave reviews I decided to dare and take a few for dinner. 2 regular soups ordered. One side of spring rolls 2) as we all announced as #6 largest seller) and #11 My first... edition was all in styrofoam. It is 2020 with times. The polystyrene made e spring rolls soggy and wet when I came home. Soups were okay, nothing great. The shrimp chip included was unusable to say the least. The entries were edible, but very overpriced. Food was meh and not really worth a second trip. For the exorbitant price of $60.00 PLUS I expected a lot more.

The food is always amazing. I have two favorite dishes, the #1 and the #6. The food is the best Vietnamese in Kingston, and the next to authentic food I had. 100% would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
