Mino's Greek Take Out West - Kingston

I was staying with friends and they ordered takeout from this restaurant. They ordered the family pack. There was plenty of food to feed five of us. The ribs were a big favorite. The salad was excellent and very fresh, they also included lots of potatoes and rice, plus salad dressing and gravy.

We placed the order the day before for 10 people, they didn't put the order in their system , so when it was time to pick it up, there was no order ready. They did gather up food quickly to fill the order with 4 free desserts in less than 10 minutes. However the food was under cooked cold and buns were stale. We had 10 guest at our house that were extremely disappointed in the meal. It was our first time ordering here. ?

What happened to this place!? I have been ordering from this location since 2010. It’s has been the ONLY Greek food I order in Kingston for 13 years and now I’m thinking I’ll probably never order from there again. Quality has gone WAY down. Fish tastes old and the potatoes taste like they’re frozen from a box. Maybe switch back to your old menu and charge a bit more for it? I would be far more understanding of a price increase than a quality decrease.I called to let them know and they did offer me a credit for my fish. The server on the phone was very apologetic. However… lol, why would I want another piece of the fish I didn’t like? I declined the offer. Gross. Shame too. Used to be so good. Guess I’ll have to give Greek town another try.

Horrible pork souvlaki meal! Rice was flavorless, cold, clumpy and chewy. Vegetables are standard frozen reheated vegetables. No side tzatziki. Potatoes are unseasoned wedge fries out of a bag. Mino Supreme dessert was rotten. Cream topping was spoiled, dried out and cracked which indicates how old it was.

We had a big order and the ladies brought it out to the car. Friendly service amazing food.
