Carmelinda's - Kingston

Super homey feeling at this popular diner. The food tastes simple and feels warm and the portions are very generous at reasonable prices. Especially the ham is excellent compared to other places as it is much thicker, I could hardly believe it. Definitely a visit for some comfort food.

A group of us had dinner at Carmelinda 's and we were not disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals there. We ordered escargot, bruschetta, seafood pasta, battered fish and soulaki. Some of the meals came with garlic bread or salad. The portion size is quite large and the salad is quite fresh. Well yes, what else is there there is no 'other '. Lots of free parking, and comfy booths, and 'top hat ' ice cubes! Crazy busy both times we went, but the staff take time to interact whether it be the ordering, the menu, or special requests. Nice job Carmelinda, whoever you are.

A Gem in Kingston. Such an amazing spot for any dinner idea. The food is so great, the staff and owners are wonderful and this place has been around for over 30yrs!! It's a must to eat here.
